- All check-ins are contactless. A photo of yourself holding your ID must be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
- A MINNeSTAY Rental Agreement must be signed before arrival. This requires providing your email address. Please inquire for terms and conditions or visit the MINNeSTAY website under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
- No smoking inside the home. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping.
- Noise monitoring devices may be located inside the home, with additional devices in exterior common spaces.
- No events allowed. This home is intended for families and responsible adults only. Prohibited events include, but are not limited to, weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and reunions.
- Dogs are only allowed in “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior approval and a pet fee are required (starting at $150).
- This is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided are not restocked during your stay.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be courteous to our neighbors.
- Direct bookings or bookings from other platforms may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund, as outlined in the signed rental agreement.

"Airbnb Review<br/>We were extremely happy with Lance’s Minnestay Urban Oasis. There was a group of us, so we used both the first and second floor as well as the master suite on the third floor. My husband and I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this house was the most fully decorated of any we’ve ever rented, and every mattress received rave reviews. The location is excellent and each floor has a lovely enclosed porch to hang out in. There were six of us and no one had a complaint. Lance was extremely helpful and responsive. We would all highly recommend staying here."

"The arrangement of the living spaces was ideal for our extended family with small children to feed and entertain them without waking those still on West Coast time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the place was immaculate (even under the sofas as we discovered when fetching rogue toys) and the kitchens were the best equipped that I have seen. The fenced backyard was an unexpected bonus for rambunctious kiddos. We chose to eat in, but the welcome book with restaurant suggestions was very interesting."

The home itself is a beautifully preserved and restored Craftsman, full of character and tastefully furnished with interesting art pieces and photos from around the world as well as comfortable, quality furniture.
