Welcome to The Orchard! Escape to this one-of-a-kind home nestled on 10 scenic acres surrounded by over 1,000 apple trees that make up a working orchard. Enjoy stunning orchard views, fresh air, and plenty of space for relaxation. The home features a cozy living room with a fireplace, 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 1.5 baths, sleeping up to 10 guests — perfect for families or small groups.

Special Note About This Property: The Applecrest Orchard welcomes visitors during its posted business hours from August to December. While guests of the rental home can expect activity on the orchard grounds, public access is restricted to designated areas and does not include the rental home. Similarly, rental guests do not have access to the orchard grounds outside of guided experiences or designated guest areas.

- Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- Pets (dogs ONLY) allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+).
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"The orchards location for our stay was just what we needed for our family to gather and navigate my daughter’s medical diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The orchard is peaceful. We loved seeing the deer eating apples at the base of the trees at night. The fresh snow made the setting more magical. Upon check in we noticed the pictures in the game room of our Peltier relatives, my father’s mother, Ellen Peltier. That was a synchronistic experience to be held by our ancestors in the location during this time period 💛
The steps upstairs were a little steep for me. My husband and I elected for the main floor bunk bed. That was not a problem with the sleeping option upstairs.
We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen with family!
We’d definitely come back!"
