Would definitely recommend and would stay again! The neighborhood is perfect! Close to restaurants! It was so quiet and we felt very safe…it is across the street from a beautiful park! "House was clean and comfortable for 9 related adults. Conveniently close to the airport, as we had 5 different arrival and 5 different departure times over a 4-day weekend. "This was a beautiful place that we stayed in. We were in town for a wedding so we had a group of about 10 people stay here. The place was big enough that we were all very comfortable. The location is very accessible and close to a lot of entertainment and food places. Also the historical aspect was very interesting and it just made it that more cool to stay in this place. We definitely would recommend to stay here."

"This is a great spot and we hosted as Christmas Eve dinner for ten (with some additional cooking items). House is very well appointed and cozy and themed rooms was a lot of fun. One issue with heat distribution and they came immediately even during the holidays. Great location. Would definitely rent again."

"Upon arrival the door combination on the digital lock did not work. Called the host and while we were on the call a new combination was assigned and everything worked as it was suppose to. I was very impressed with how efficiently Minnestay handled the situation."

Walkable to Grand Ave and Selby Ave for restaurants & shops. Easy access to I-94. Plenty of street parking. Easy to cook & eat in. Pocket park across the street. Property is on 2d/3d floors, need to be able to get your belongings up outside stairway. AC not evenly distributed. Loved the F. Scott Fitzgerald connection. We all enjoyed our stay."

We were also able to cook all our meals and had plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. We loved morning walks around the neighborhood, getting coffee at Nina’s, walking to mass at the Cathedral and sitting on the porch watching kids play in the park. It was a great stay!"
