Shoreline Villa is an unexpected, beautiful gem tucked perfectly into a quiet Robbinsdale neighborhood. Just blocks from Crystal Lake and Victory Memorial Drive, this home is the perfect place for a corporate retreat, a group of friends, or families to come enjoy tranquility and fun!
The villa is full of many wonderful amenities such as a modern kitchen, a welcoming three-season porch off the back, and the stunning in-ground heated pool, surrounded by beautiful plant life. The lower-level recreation room has a bar, foosball table, arcade games, darts, and comfortable seating to watch the game or enjoy movie night on the big screen with friends or family.
Comfortable and modern, this home sleeps up to eight people per night. It features brand new mattresses and bedding, along with new siding, roof, and gutters.

Home features include four bedrooms—one king, two queen, and two twin beds—two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a Pack and Play, a laundry room, and a master bedroom office space. The backyard has a three-season porch with furniture, a gas grill, and a large patio surrounding the pool with furniture. The swimming pool is tentatively open into October depending on the weather. Additional features include high-speed WiFi and smart TVs in all bedrooms. The property is also pet-friendly!
Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the garage, with additional street parking out front.
The home is equipped with fast WiFi, heat, and air conditioning for optimal comfort and connectivity. If you bring a car, convenient driveway parking is available. You’ll only be a message or phone call away from the Minnestay Team, who can provide recommendations and answer questions.
House rules include that all guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit, with verification potentially required. All check-ins are contactless, requiring a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. Bookings made within seven days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival, which will require you to provide your email address.
No smoking is allowed inside the home, including e-cigarettes and vapes. This property may have a noise monitoring device inside, with additional devices possibly located in gathering spaces outside. No events are permitted; this home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to, weddings, wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. Dogs are only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings, and prior notice must be given to the Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet, with a pet fee required.
Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel, and we expect that you will treat it with respect. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and we ask that you be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of the property.
Deviation from these rules can result in eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

(Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.

"The "Shoreline Villa" suited our needs well. It's a charming old house in an attractive neighborhood. The pool, the big upstairs bedroom, the upstairs shower, and the kitchen are all great. A major issue affected the property from before and throughout our stay, and Minnestay did what they could to address it. Minnestay's head of customer relations, Hannah, communicated frequently on the phone and by text to give us updates. I was impressed by her friendliness, empathy, and eagerness to ensure the best possible stay - she even asked us to describe anything else in the house at all that could be better, and so we spoke about even minor things, and Hannah did what she could to address them - things we would never have otherwise mentioned (such as a pool skimmer net that was partially torn off its hoop but with some dexterity could still be used - she had that thing replaced almost as soon as she heard about it). Hannah sounds like a true friend on the phone. Great to talk with."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Shoreline Villa property! The pool was super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable if you like a "comfy" bed (if you need a firm mattress this may not be ideal for you - although I did not try every bed) and the kitchen was well stocked and even had a couple of surprise snacks for us. :) There was plenty of space for hanging out and there is a lake about a block up the street with a walking path, park, etc. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! The only thing that would stop us from going back would be that it is a pet friendly home (which is great!), but my allergies flared up big time. This is totally my issue due to my allergy sensitivities and the fact that I didn't even consider this when booking. For the record, I was the only person who had an issue. There was no pet hair in sight as the house was very clean."

"Hosted family members at the Shoreline Villa who were visiting to celebrate a milestone birthday with me. I live in the area, but wanted to have enough space for everyone and thought a house with a pool would be a fun venue for both old and young to gather.
The house was immaculate upon arrival and the pool and deck were also super clean. The kitchen is fabulous and the basement is a perfect space for kiddos to hang when not swimming in the gorgeous pool. Plenty of space for two families to have some privacy while still spending time together. The pool is a nice size and was beautiful! They provided a few pool toys and noodles which was nice.

"The shoreline villa was everything I had hoped for a family vacation to visit family in Minnesota. The kitchen provided us the ability to host when we were not out and about and the pool was amazing. With easy access to the freeway we could get anywhere we desired without trouble. "Perfect place for family in town for my son’s graduation weekend! Communication was great, house layout worked well, and comfortable for the 8 adults who flew in to join us! Only thing I’d note is we were charged a pool heating fee, but the pool wasn’t opened yet. Not sure if that was an error? Weather was perfect, so would’ve been nice to use it, but not be necessary! Neighborhood was nice and parking was easy! Great value for the location/ property! Thank you!!"
