There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. Instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s perfect for two to four guests in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood. So, whether you are here for business or a romantic, adventurous getaway, this is the perfect place for you. This unit features unique photos and art from local Minneapolis artists. Enjoy these pieces room by room while staying in this spacious suite.
This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. The bedroom features one cozy bed separated from the rest of the suite, and the living room includes one queen pull-out couch, large enough for two guests. There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork from local artists adds a pop of style. Our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!
The bathroom is conveniently located outside of the bedroom for all guests and includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.
Enjoy dazzling views of Minneapolis right from the comfort of your couch! With all the comforts of home in the living area, you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch and enjoy some freshly popped popcorn. You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, air fryer, and coffee maker.
Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

I experienced a wonderful view from this top floor apartment during some night time snowfall.
While here, I experienced some power issues that the host couldn’t have foreseen. They quickly got a repairman there the following morning. They also were very responsive to all of my questions.
My only complaint about this location is the access to the building itself during checkin. You have to find parking on the road, enter a code to get into the building, follow steps to enter another code for a key, and then return to the car to move it into the parking garage. This is likely a feature of the security of the facility, and a minor inconvenience overall.
I’ll definitely return here during my next visit."

The only hiccup was somehow the breaker for the living room lights was tripped on two separate occasions when we returned from our daily excursions. "The place was truly lovely and the apartment was well located. It's well decorated with a fantastic view. My only complaint is that Minnestay needed me to do additional verifications outside of Airbnb. I wasn't entirely comfortable with that and it felt redundant given that I've already verified my government issues ID with Airbnb. Lastly, I had them sending me emails, texts and Airbnb messages. I wish they would stick to just Airbnb. If something happens with your booking, Airbnb requires that you communicate through their platform or they are not liable. They have to be able to review communication. For that reason, I don't know that I'd stay here again, but I really did enjoy the stay and would recommend it if you're willing to jump through some extra hoops."

It was in the perfect location and most things were within walking distance and what wasn’t the metro station was near by . The place was neat and clean and had everything we needed . "Stayed at Sable 807 for a long weekend getaway; this place is even more gorgeous than the pictures and the view is incredible.
The unit was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. More than the ‘basic essentials’ in the kitchen which made meals easy and fun. Corner view of skyline is incredible. Tons of restaurants/bars/coffee shops within a walkable distance. Highly recommend going out to explore the nearby area to find these hidden gems. Key fob pickup was easy but we did have some issues locating the unit from the parking garage.
Would recommend this place for a couple looking to get away, would probably be tight for 3 more people. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!"

"We had never been to Minneapolis and were in town from Seattle for a regional soccer tryout for my son. I'm so happy we found this place. I thought that there was no way it was as cool as the photos. It turns out the clean modern design and wrap around views of the skyline were even better than advertised.
We were within minutes of everything, but the tastiest restaurants and most walkable neighborhood were on our block!
We had no need to reach out for help because there were no issues with the property. I haven't used Airbnb a lot so was a little worried about check in and checkout process. The details came from minnestay and were clear and proactively delivered for every message. We had no issues.
Our travel to Minneapolis was required for youth sports but minnestay is a big reason we want to bring our whole family back. We will certainly look to reserve with Minnestay again.

Note you CAN get to the condo from the parking garage without ever going down to the street. It took us a whole day to realize this - the parking spot for this condo, the elevator right next to it is NOT the elevator to get to the room. It’s behind you turn around!"
