Up to two guests can sleep in this alcove-style apartment, ideal for couples and solo travelers, who will enjoy a queen bed with professionally laundered linens for a comfortable night's sleep. The sleeping area has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The bathroom is conveniently located outside of the kitchen for all guests and includes a large tiled shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
The loft features an open kitchen and living area, where you’ll find an elegant couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

HOUSE RULES: All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival, which will require that you provide us with your email address. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours: 10 PM-7 AM, strictly enforced. This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

## House Rules
✓ All guests are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in. A link to this agreement will be sent to your email address and will be signed electronically. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
✓ This building is in an urban area and you may experience construction noise during your stay.
✓ This is a 100% smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for any rules not followed.

"This is a really cool place. The location is great. I lived in MN before the north loop became a thing. What a gem of a location. If the restaurants and such aren’t enough, take a walk along the river nearby. It’s amazing. The room is great for travelers. It has a little kitchen with a decent workspace, cookware and full sized stove. The setting area and bedroom layout is great. The in-room laundry machine is convenient. Beware that the following might catch you off guard. First, I found the check in experience quite confusing and frustrating. The tech and everything is fine but the information comes to you on your arrival day in bits and drabs through many sources. Be prepared to use all your tech sleuthing skills. There’s a wonderful, huge TV in the room but only basic cable. Bring a fire stick or something if you plan to chillax. The AirB&B has pictures of a gym, but ask (and pay) for it well in advance or plan on going elsewhere. All these are simple issues. Just be ready for it and you’ll have a great stay."
