"This is a very clean apartment with free parking located in the heart of the North Loop. Excellent spot to stay for Target Field, North Loop dining and fun, Fillmore, Acme Comedy etc… property management is extremely professional and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great stay. We were looking to stay in the north loop in a walkable area with coffee shops and restaurants nearby and this worked perfectly. The host was very responsive and the instructions were clear. Once we arrived we decided we wanted to use the exercise facility in the nordic building and the hosts set us up with that right away. Our unit was a studio and wouldn't be a good fit traveling with kids but for a parents weekend getaway in the city, it was perfect!"

"Small property (about 10 units per floor) so definitely felt super comfy/cozy. Check in process was easy enough to navigate through. Location is close to EVERYTHING Minneapolis has to offer. Amenities in the apartment were thoughtful, but some of the kitchenware (pots and pans) were not cleaned thoroughly as they still had burned food marks on them! "

"We enjoyed our stay - everything we needed was available for cooking and entertainment. The location is great for restaurants, bars and cafes. Indoor parking ramp is great, although it is on the 7th level so it takes a bit of time to get to - but not a problem overall. The rooftop is nice to spend time on with a nice view of the downtown skyline."

"We were fortunate to secure tickets to the Olympic Trials for Gymnastics at the Target Center. This was the perfect location for us - easy train to the venue, walking distance to fantastic breweries & restaurants. The unit was clean, airy and bright. Very modern and well appointed at every level. Loved the roof top deck and sitting area on the main level. We would stay here again."

"The location of this unit was right in the heart of the North Loop with lots of action all around the building. And even with all the action, the unit was quiet at night! It provided a great space to enjoy Minneapolis!"

Parking and check in process was difficult not knowing where anything was, but after we figured that out, it was a breeze to get in and out of parking as well as use the key fobs! Can’t wait to come back and utilize more of the amenities as well as the restaurants around! Have to try the coffee shop right below!"

"Nice condos in new building, with attached parking ramp and a dedicated parking space. Everything worked smoothly from the no-contact check in and check out, to the good hi speed wifi. Restaurants are in the adjacent buildings, with a nice coffee shop next door in The Nordic building. Very recommended!"

"This is a really cool place. The location is great. I lived in MN before the north loop became a thing. What a gem of a location. If the restaurants and such aren’t enough, take a walk along the river nearby. It’s amazing. The room is great for travelers. It has a little kitchen with a decent workspace, cookware and full sized stove. The setting area and bedroom layout is great. The in-room laundry machine is convenient. Beware that the following might catch you off guard. First, I found the check in experience quite confusing and frustrating. The tech and everything is fine but the information comes to you on your arrival day in bits and drabs through many sources. Be prepared to use all your tech sleuthing skills. There’s a wonderful, huge TV in the room but only basic cable. Bring a fire stick or something if you plan to chillax. The AirB&B has pictures of a gym, but ask (and pay) for it well in advance or plan on going elsewhere. All these are simple issues. Just be ready for it and you’ll have a great stay."
