The Beautiful Suite Features: The unit features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers with 1 queen bed and 1 pull-out couch. There are TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Guests can access a rooftop deck with downtown views, and a first-floor Member's lounge with a custom shuffleboard table. Additionally, there is free covered parking in the ramp for one vehicle. The vibrant North Loop location is just moments from Downtown Minneapolis, providing access to numerous restaurants, boutiques, activities, and coffee shops.
Building Amenities: Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
Essentials: One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!
Location Information: Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites: Five Iron (next door), Bunker’s Music Bar and Grill (2-minute walk), The Freehouse (2-minute walk), and Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk). In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: the closest supermarket is Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk), and the closest coffee shop is FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival, which will require you to provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. This building is located in an urban, downtown area, and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"We loved staying with Minnestay. Check in instructions were very clear, parking was easy, and the condo was as described. A couple things weren't perfect, such as the loud construction starting at 0730 weekday mornings, which is out of Minnestay's control, and the ear plugs were a nice touch! The shower was not satisfying, as the water pressure was low and the water didn't get hot enough for my liking... I'm picky about showers, though! The ice maker in the freezer did not work, only made like 4 ice cubes per day. These are, of course, minor complaints, and we really did enjoy our stay! There building was quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors at all, and the parking pass was such a nice perk! We would definitely use Minnestay in the future!"

"We loved staying in Sable 803. We stayed for 10 days and never ran out of restaurants we wanted to try. It is a very quiet building as well as the area of town in general. Our stay was in February. The reserved parking space in the attached ramp was great on cold and snowy days. Getting to the unit was close and convenient from the parking spot. The queen size bed was so comfortable that we are considering buying one just like it. We did not need to communicate with the owners because everything was as expected. If we did need help, there were many point of access for communication. Emails, text and a refrigerator magnet with all essential numbers."

"This modern studio condo was in a great location, within walking distance of Target Field and close to everything else in downtown that I wanted to do. The included parking lot was awesome, and I didn’t have any issues with other tenants or getting into the unit. I would definitely recommend looking at this unit!"

"This was a GREAT apartment for an extended stay. The north loop is a great neighborhood for both people coming in for work or for personal. Great restaurants within walking distance, easy transportation options, and close to anywhere you would want to be in Minneapolis. I was provided with all comforts of home while I stayed in this apartment and I couldn't have been happier with my choice, will definitely stay again when I return. Thanks!"
