"Check in/check out process was fairly smooth, although we had to call the assist line to drop the keys. Great communication and instructions. Parking in the attached garage was a breeze. Unit was spotless and updated, fantastic location in the warehouse district. Short walk to bars, restaurants, and stadiums. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Just beware that there's very little privacy between the "bedroom" and pull out couch area, just a 6 foot wide wall with open areas on each side of the bed. So for 2 couples for more than a night or two it might get a bit friendly. But overall, we had no real complaints. loved the place!"

"This was a very enjoyable stay. We often go for a weekend of baseball, and this was a very easy walk to Target Field. Neighborhood was quiet while still having plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We cooked a couple of times in the apartment and made coffee daily. (Thanks for the good coffee). Bed and linens were very comfortable. Make sure to bring afternoon drinks up to the rooftop for a beautiful view. Park along the river is just a couple of blocks away. We will see you again!"

"Great studio apartment for our long weekend in Minneapolis! Had everything we needed for cooking meals and having the laundry in unit was incredible. Check in/key retrieval/parking was a process, but it was explained in great detail and we had no problems! Multiple restaurants and places to get drinks in walking distance. "This was my second stay at Sable with host Minnestay, and it was great to be back. Renting one of their studio units is the perfect hotel alternative. The apartment is really well laid out, and comes with a full kitchen, laundry and a huge walk in closet. Unit 801 gets a TON of natural light, which we loved. And fortunately, there are great blackout shades to keep things dark in the morning. Minnestay makes it really easy to check-in and check out. Highly recommend!!"

"The North Loop is the place to be! Lots of restaurants, quiet neighborhood and walkable to tons of places, from the Stone Arch bridge, to U of M….and what might be too long of a walk, the light rails and bus systems are so easy to navigate and inexpensive!!"

"Great building, excellent location within walking distance of tons of cool stuff - great amenities - checkin wasn’t too bad but be aware that the parking garage is labeled NORDIC and not SABLE and it isn’t in the building but rather connected so you can still enter the sable directly from garage without having to go to ground floor but make sure you are entering the right door. Also, be prepared for lots of extra e-paperwork beyond what Airbnb asks for, easy to sign and submit but just be prepared. Otherwise would absolutely stay at same place again and maybe try a different unit."

"Arrival instructions were complicated to the point of being confusing. The actual process was quite simple and would have been better explained with a picture tutorial than with the excessive wording. Everything else was absolutely amazing! Would absolutely stay again!"

"Though there were multiple steps to get into the building, pickup keys, park, and checkout, everything was very well presented in the directions given. I had no idea what a “key cafe” was but easily figured it out. <br/>Codes were given and specific step by step instructions for everything were given prior to arrival to know where to go and what to look for."
