Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably in this two-bedroom apartment:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, bath is just steps outside the room
- Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests
Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the closets, and contemporary floor coverings add a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The apartment includes 2 full bathrooms, so getting ready will be a breeze for everyone! Both bathrooms include glass showers, sink, and large vanity mirrors. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light.
LIVING SPACE
The apartment features a large, open kitchen/living area, which is lined by floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. Those ceilings, by the way, are 12 feet tall!
Although the North Loop is filled with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The granite peninsula provides extra counter space and a place for an appetizer buffet!
Kick back in the living room, where you’ll find comfortable sofa and armchair seating. It’s the ideal spot to play games, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or recap the day’s Minneapolis adventures.
Step out on your private balcony for some fresh air and incredible views. The balcony is furnished with chairs so you can enjoy breakfast al fresco or wind down with a beverage at the end of the day.

- All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
- A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced.
- This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay.
- There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
- Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
- Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

✓ All guests are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in. A link to this agreement will be sent to your email address and will be signed electronically. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
✓ This building is in an urban area and you may experience construction noise during your stay.

"The place was clean and in a nice location. The common spaces were cute and nice to have. It was quiet at night and the black out shades were a plus. It’s also well equit with a coffee maker, toiletries and cloths steamer. We didn’t cook so not sure about the rest of the kitchen utensils. There was a washer and dryer.
There were couple of things to be aware that we didn’t expect. There was only one key so the group had to stay together at all times. It was needed to use the elevator so people would need to come down to escort you in. This proves some challenges when people wanted to come and go at different times. Also there is no icemaker in just an ice tray."

The only negatives was the WiFi wasn’t the best and there was no “live” tv. There were a lot of channels, but none with live tv to watch. I felt like I was totally out of touch with the news cycle which could be viewed as a good thing. 😅

"This was one of those very rare Airbnbs where the apartment truly was exactly as expected and described. I was delighted That the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves in terms of pots and pans, and all of the sort of kitchen implements that realistically you need, but which many Airbnb hosts don’t provide. One very small negative, which is worth knowing about is that one bedroom has a walk-in closet and dresser, whereas the other bedroom has a closet with neither a luggage rack nor a dresser. If you don’t mind sharing the dresser/larger closet (as was the case for my group) then this is no problem. If it’s a problem for you, he might wanna ask the hosts about accessing an additional luggage rack. That aside, this was a great apartment in a really fun neighborhood, and we would definitely stay there again."

"Had a fantastic stay! Would recommend the place to anyone! Anytime I return to Minneapolis I'll be staying here! Minnestay was very responsive and provided instructions effectively. Our coffee pot was cracked and Minnestay replaced it immediately!
The only downside I'd say is the Key Cafe lockbox to retrieve keys. It's very combursome and can take a couple minutes to figure out. The box wouldn't work returning the keys but they did have an easy solution for us!

Only downside—and this isn’t the management’s fault or under their control—but there’s extensive construction right next to the building which is very loud and starts very early in the morning. If you’re on vacation and want to sleep in you might check to see if the construction is still going on. Otherwise the place was absolutely perfect!"

"Our stay at Sable was amazing! The location is perfect - in walking distance of lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. The space itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Loved the extra touches - toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, earplugs, makeup remover wipes!
Only issue we had at check in was that the fob from the key dispenser wasn’t working properly. I called the phone number provided and someone was on site and helped us out quickly and we were able to get in and had no issues the rest of the time.
It was an amazing stay and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy downtown Minneapolis!"

"This property was absolutely beautiful! The area is very easy to access from the freeway and there is tons of shopping and places to eat near the bnb. There is a roof top with fire pits and cute couches to enjoy. That was a huge plus that we didn’t know about! The only cons we had was the mattress on the pull out couch was VERY thin and uncomfortable. We also had issues with getting out of the parking garage. We ended up needing to pay for a lost ticket however the host was able to refund the cost of it for us. They were very quick to communicate and answer my questions. We would 100% stay here again!"
