## Description
Welcome to Minneapolis! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this hip North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Sable is ideally located close to some of the North Loop’s greatest restaurants and bars and is next door to WeWork. The new Filmore Theater and Target Field are a short 10-minute walk. The Light Rail station at Target Field makes getting to US Bank Stadium, TCF Stadium, Allianz Field, and the Mall of America a breeze.
BED and BATH
Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom loft apartment:
- Bedroom: 1 King bed located upstairs with a large closet and full bathroom.
- Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests.
The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows. The master bathroom is located just up the steps outside of the bedroom. There is also a half bathroom next to the living room, so it’s convenient for all of the guests. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
LIVING SPACE
The loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
ESSENTIALS
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

HOUSE RULES
- All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
- All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
- A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
- This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay.
- There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
- Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
- Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

## House Rules
✓ All guests are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in. A link to this agreement will be sent to your email address and will be signed electronically. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
✓ This building is in an urban area and you may experience construction noise during your stay.

"This apartment is GORGEOUS. From the furniture that looked like it was from West elm, to the Crate and Barrel dishes. From the gorgeous views out the window to the roomy island where we ate most of our meals at! Coffee machine was super nice, we used the washer and dryer to clean clothes, there were so many toiletries and travel sized goodies for us to use if we forgot something. I swear they thought of everything. There were no less than 4 coffee shops literally within a block or two. And we had no issues finding yummy meals within a half mile of where we were at. So the location was just phenomenal. There were some noisy tenants staying above us one night and so around 2:30 I contacted Minnestay and they contacted the noisy tenants for us. Always quick to respond and truly impressive service. Wow wow wow!"
