"Amazing Airbnb and wonderful team at Minnestay! The apt was exactly as pictured and a wonderful set up for a long weekend. Loved the second floor for the bedroom and full bath, the patio and location. The communication was quick and helpful and I loved staying in the North Loop as this was perfectly walkable to restaurants, the river, & downtown. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot too! I’d definitely stay again."

"We rented three rooms in this building from Minnestay for our employees to stay in while attending a conference. Every room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. The location is excellent, each unit was sparkling clean, and everything we needed had already been anticipated and in place. When we had to shuffle around the nights of our stay and swap rooms, Minnestay was super responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"This apartment is GORGEOUS. From the furniture that looked like it was from West elm, to the Crate and Barrel dishes. From the gorgeous views out the window to the roomy island where we ate most of our meals at! Coffee machine was super nice, we used the washer and dryer to clean clothes, there were so many toiletries and travel sized goodies for us to use if we forgot something. I swear they thought of everything. There were no less than 4 coffee shops literally within a block or two. And we had no issues finding yummy meals within a half mile of where we were at. So the location was just phenomenal. There were some noisy tenants staying above us one night and so around 2:30 I contacted Minnestay and they contacted the noisy tenants for us. Always quick to respond and truly impressive service. Wow wow wow!"
