"My sister and I had a great stay. The parking ramp is attached to the building, and you park on the level of your unit, which we found extremely helpful. The unit itself was small, but had everything we needed and more. Plus, with the location, you’ll be spending most of your time out and about! The bed was so comfortable, and we appreciated having access to outdoor space on the rooftop. I reached out to the Minnestay team a couple times and they got back to me very quickly, which was appreciated. Would highly recommend this stay for a business traveler, staycation, or traveler who wants to be where the action is happening!"

"This was the first time I'd stayed for any extended time in the Minneapolis North Loop neighborhood and it was also my first time using Minnestay. Super pleased with both! I found the lodging to be perfect and the unit itself was well furnished and also very quiet. The neighborhood is very lively and walkable, but I also really appreciated having the ez off street parking option. The host team was super responsive and when I asked for some extra tissues/toiletries they got on it right away and those items were delivered in under an hour. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I had a great stay while traveling for work! I utilized the grocery service and was very pleased to see my items after a long flight. The corner apartment is so fab and the views are amazing. The bed is lower to the ground that I normally sleep but I didn’t have any issues..:also, there is not a tv in the bedroom. I will utilize Minnestay again soon!"

"Hip rental with a view & fantastic parking garage. The entry with card, and key fobs is very secure. Lux lounge on 1st floor equipped with guest controlled gas fireplace. Bed was comfy and plenty of towels. Kitchen well appointed with all utensils and appliances you need. Neighborhood very walkable with shopping and food at your fingertips"

"This is my 2nd time staying at the Sable and I plan on staying again. I love the views and the location. It's Super peaceful, so I come here to get a break from home. The Units are so Cozy and great for a special occasion. I came for my birthday and I absolutely loved it."

"The location and surroundings were excellent. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We were in town for MNF and were just two miles north of US Bank Stadium. FYI, Easy walk, quick Uber/Lyft, or ride the Light Rail depending on your mode of transportation. The folks at Minnestay were very helpful and responsive when called upon. I left my personal phone at home that had our access code to retrieve the loft’s keys. One call, and we were able to work through the situation to gain access.<br/>The only downside is the construction of a building next door. However, the host left fresh ear plugs in the bathroom if you’re a light sleeper. I brought my noise canceling headphones, but good to know Minnestay had our back.<br/>Will definitely book a place with Minnestay the next time we are in town."

But it does what you need it to do. Getting into the building was a little confusing and had what felt like some unnecessary steps... but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Very clean and comes as advertised. I'd stay here again."

"Overall it was what I expected from the listing. Very nice clean apartment and building was also very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. Your parking space is on the floor of your apartment which is a great set up for moving in and out and when the weather is not great. Keep in mind during the day, as the listing states, the construction next door starts at 7 am sharp during the week. It didn’t bother me as I was already up but don’t plan on sleeping through that. I gave a lower rating on the communication and check in because there were 5 emails sent and a few texts before I attached. They all had different information on them. The first night I ended up having to read through all of these again as I arrived back at the building after the outside door was locked. I tried using the online chat which just told me to call the number. Even though I provided my stay reference number they didn’t seem to know where I was to provide any useful information. I ended up walking up the parking garage ramp and entering from that way. The lesson learned is read through everything ahead of time and write down all the codes and phone numbers needed at any given point. There is no in person contacts to use during your stay which was new to me. I should have prepared better for this process. I will definitely stay here again or with Minnestay units. Now I am more familiar with"

"Location is great - close to restaurants and quick and easy walk to Target Field (to watch baseball, or hop on the light rail to get basically anywhere across the City)! Parking spot located in the attached parkade is really convenient and a great bonus. Space is great - lots of natural light from the windows and the rooftop balcony had great views. Kitchen had pretty much everything you'll need for a stay. As of September/23 there was construction on the building right night door. They start at 7am sharp (usually done by 3pm). Ear plugs provided by the host were a good help, but if you're looking to sleep in would suggesting booking a room on the other side of the building for now. Pay attention to the door information provided by the host. The key fob works for all of the interior spaces but between 9pm - 7am you will need the key code for the front entrance door. The code is provided by the host in email (just noticed lots of others having issues getting into the building in the evening). Everything with the key code and fob felt secure and safe. Would definitely stay at this location again!"

The building was safe and clean, and it was nice to have secure and convenient parking available. The apartment was spacious, well laid out and nicely furnished. Also the rooftop communal space is beautiful and a great added amenity. We also added a gym pass for $10 per day which was a great option if you're interested. We loved the sunlight that came through the large windows in this corner, loft-style apartment. We had a minor issue with our parking pass, but called the number to find someone on the other end of the line who was very cordial and able resolve the issue very quickly."

"This apartment is in a perfect location and has amazing views of the downtown area. There are many good places to eat and drink in the area close by. The coffee place around the corner is amazing (don't forget to try the doughnuts)!<br/>The hosts are very responsive if you have any questions for them.
