We found the area perfect for hoping around to restaurants, bars and shopping. The whole experience checking in was seamless and the apartment was clean and comfortable. "Great location within walking distance of Target field and US Bank stadium. Close to many fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you want a central location where you can park your car and enjoy the great activites that this neighborhood has to offer. Great communication with hosts. Information could be more streamlined. You need text, email, and a guest portal to access all information needed when it seems like all pertinent info could be found in one communication. Still a fantastic stay!"

"Minnestay Sable felt very safe. I appreciated the fact that it was walkable distance to many places and the place itself was in a nice and upcoming downtown area. Responses were quick when we had questions. Important thing to note for gym goers- it has the gym listed as an amenity however it isn’t inside the building itself. It is located in the building behind it (which is fine) but there is an additional cost of $10 dollars a day if you want to access it. Aside from needing additional clarification regarding the gym - the stay was wonderful. Highly recommend and worth the trip!"

"Perfect spot for us to enjoy our family and visit the city of Minneapolis! We especially enjoy the noise policy and it’s very quiet all around, except…check the construction disclaimer if you’re planning to sleep in during the week! Saturday and Sunday were peaceful, Monday morning we were startled by awake by the construction next door! A great place to stay other than the noise!"

"To echo the other reviews, checkin was a little more complicated than the norm and having to sign a separate agreement was not ideal. But overall the place was clean, the complimentary coffee beans were much appreciated, and we had a great stay.<br/>One thing I wish we would’ve been warned about is that construction is happening right next door. It didn’t affect us as we were mostly gone during the day but I could see how it might affect other guests."

Their parking pass was a bit confusing, e-mail said our parking spot was 41 but our pass said it was 40. Other than that, lots of good things from here!"
