Welcome to Sable 604! Enjoy the best of the Twin Cities from this modern Downtown Minneapolis condo, which is perfect for business trips or city getaways. This modern loft has everything you need for a comfortable and productive stay. Decorated in hues of yellow and blue, you'll feel right at home in this beautiful space.
Accommodations: The Queen bedroom is artfully decorated where you can sleep in luxury. The living room boasts a bespoke coffee table handmade by a local artisan. Need more room? The couch pulls out effortlessly into a Queen sized bed. The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes and has a dining room table that can accommodate 4 guests. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker and coffee grinder. Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

Essentials: One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

House Rules: All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

## House Rules
✓ All guests are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in. A link to this agreement will be sent to your email address and will be signed electronically. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
✓ This building is in an urban area and you may experience construction noise during your stay.
✓ This is a 100% smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for any rules not followed.

My sis and I were in town for my grandmother’s memorial and just glanced over them and ended up thinking one of the fobs wasn’t working when we were just using the wrong one. "The Sable was a great place to stay in Minneapolis! Located close to Target Stadium and a few blocks from the river walk. There were lots of restaurant choices nearby. We were here to help our daughter move into her apartment as a graduate student at the University of Minnesota which was a quick and easy drive to the campus.
The apartment was very clean and the management team was wonderful and brought extra towels since there were three of us. We loved having a kitchen which was well stocked. Minnestay thought of all the little things like extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a great stay. Getting there from the airport is very simple, you just get on the blue line on the metro, land on the last stop and then its a <10 min walk. Also, the apartment was very well stocked. especially appreciated the coffee grinder and complimentary coffee beans. If i got to Minneapolis again I would definitely try to stay here! "
