This stunning 6th Floor Alcove Suite features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and can sleep up to 4 guests, though it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. With an expansive 6th floor view from the bedroom and living room, the unit has cheerful, modern, comfortable décor throughout. High-speed WIFI and lots of workspace are included.
The bedroom features 1 queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy. It has high-quality bedding, good lighting for bedtime reading, and a 55" Class - Q7 QLED Series - 4K Vision AI Smart TV. A walk-in closet provides ample storage space. You can wake up to natural light from the large windows or use the blackout blinds to sleep in. The living room has a queen-size pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests. The roomy bathroom includes a shower-tub combo and a large sink counter. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
This sixth-floor condo features an open, functional kitchen-living area where you’ll find a comfortable couch, coffee table, C-tables for eating or working, a new 65” Vizio 4K UHD Quantum TV with sound system, and a breakfast nook with adjustable-height stools. High ceilings and oversized windows make the loft feel large and bright. The loft’s kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal, including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, full sets of festive dishes, utensils, and glassware for any beverage choice. If you need to work, the kitchen nook and the living room C-tables are perfect for reading, writing, or doing computer work. An Echo smart speaker will keep you informed, and many outlets and phone charging stations are available throughout the loft.
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation, so even your car can stay nice and dry!

A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival, which will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. No pets are allowed at Sable, including in the units as well as common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. This building is located in an urban, downtown area, and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"We loved this place. If we didn't have so many material possessions we could Live here. The small studio has everything someone needs to live, without all the clutter. It was a good getaway. The check-in procedures seemed a little overcomplicated. All the information was in the email, but there was so much info, we couldn't absorb it all; once we got checked in it was very simple. I'd recommend putting a 15-minute reserved spot out front for people to go in and get their keys. We came during a busy time, and the street was very full. we had to circle a few times to find a place to get out to get to the lobby. Overall, it was great. Coffee is provided for you, along with everything you need to cook a few meals. We cooked our breakfast every morning. The galley around the corner was a great eating option with multiple food choices of pizza, and ramen. The walk to Target field is super easy too. and if you are wanting to take the train, the station is at Target field."

"Everything was great! The room was really nice and clean. The giant TV was great for playing video games. Access to everything was easy. The location was awesome. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and the nighttime view.
Minnestays service was excellent! I had internet issues and they replied within minutes. We wanted to add on the gym access and the service rep handle that for us very quickly. Just great service! Thanks.
By the way - it seems that the bathroom outlet is not working. It did not affect our stay in any way. Just thought you should know"

"This was my second time staying here and I loved it! The building is very secure, clean, very close walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The apartment had everything you’d need and was the perfect size for two people. Check in is just about as easy as it gets with keycafe. Communication was great. I’d happily stay here again!"

"The place is exactly like the pictures.! They have everything you need in the unit. The tv in there has a nice swivel and it’s 65 or 70in. Also I if you do have questions their staff are professional and friendly, I can’t make this up."
