"We were pleasantly impressed by the ease and security of parking that was mere steps away from our lovely condo. Entering the well appointed building with secure elevator access to the condo immediately erased the stresses of a long day of travel. We enjoyed a clean sanctuary that offered everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful vacation. It far exceeded our expectations! We look forward to visiting again!"

"TV was broken and took two days to get new one. They never hooked it up correctly. The Direct TV box was outdated, ten years old, and no access to streaming* channels. It was an easy fix but was never done."

"Place was small, but clean and nice. Good value for the money. Getting inside required some arm-twisting as usual (Minnestay REALLY wants you to use their app), but once you get the keys everything works fine. I'd love to stay there again if the checkin process wasn't such a pain. And it's not the fault of the folks who work there - they really are nice - it's their management that just has their heads up their somethings. Anyways, all that said I would stay there again. : )"

"Very nice, liked the kitchen, bathroom was large, big windows. bed was comfy, dark shades did a great job so we were able to sleep in. Nice only having a few apartments in the hall so not much noise like a hotel. went up to the patio was big and nice view. We went to an event at US Bank Stadium and was able to walk five blocks to the Light Rail and the next night went to Target Field and was able to walk there and back after the event. just a note when parking ... do not push the ticket button when entering wait for the gate to raise we just have to go back through and pay parking, wasn't much as we realized right away."

"Sable is centrally located in the North Loop, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, and good central location for exploring other parts of MPLS and St Paul. Kitchen had everything to cook meals, couch was extremely comfortable for kicking up one's feet after a long day of walking around. Close to Metro stops, close to the riverfront, and grocery options are 7 blocks away."

"This property had everything I need to both feel at home and on vacation. Excellent location for access to many local places to get food and coffee. Down stairs lounge was quiet and comfortable for reading. Parking space is convenient for stashing a vehicle as most things are in walking distance. Got to relax after spending my days out an about binging movies and shows on the large TV in the room. In unit washer and dryer also allowed me to pack lighter than I would have otherwise."

"We loved this place. If we didn't have so many material possessions we could Live here. The small studio has everything someone needs to live, without all the clutter. It was a good getaway. The check-in procedures seemed a little overcomplicated. All the information was in the email, but there was so much info, we couldn't absorb it all; once we got checked in it was very simple. I'd recommend putting a 15-minute reserved spot out front for people to go in and get their keys. We came during a busy time, and the street was very full. we had to circle a few times to find a place to get out to get to the lobby. Overall, it was great. Coffee is provided for you, along with everything you need to cook a few meals. We cooked our breakfast every morning. The galley around the corner was a great eating option with multiple food choices of pizza, and ramen. The walk to Target field is super easy too. and if you are wanting to take the train, the station is at Target field."

Did have the stairwell alarm go off but you can’t hear it from inside the unit. We followed the instructions provided and it was addressed right away. One of the top Vrbo experiences ever!!"

"This small apartment makes fantastic use of space - we never felt cramped. The bathroom and kitchen were fantastic and very well-equipped. As a person who enjoys cooking while on vacation, I found just about everything I needed (although a cutting board would have been welcome). The building is well-maintained, and even the grill up on the 9th floor balcony worked well for us. If our travels ever take us back to Minneapolis, we'd be happy to stay here again."
