"Had a great stay in the Sable building. North Loop is one of our favorite neighborhoods when visiting Minneapolis. So many great restaurants, coffee, breweries etc. all within walking distance. Covered parking on the same floor as our unit was a huge plus. As other reviews mentioned, there is a portal outside the Airbnb app that has all of the check-in and checkout information included, very easy to navigate and use. Our only possible suggestion is a little bit more instruction on how to get into the building once you park. We took the elevator in the parking ramp all the way down to the bottom floor, walked around the building with our bags to the front door when there was a door on the same level as our parking ramp we could’ve went straight in. Similarly priced to hotels in downtown, with included parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lot more square footage than an average hotel room make this a no brainer for future visits to MPLS."

"Great location to catch sporting events and concerts. Using the light rail system can practically eliminate any need for a vehicle rental. North Washington Avenue/Street has a lot of eateries and pubs at easy walking distances. The locals in the North Loop are super friendly. We’ll be back. SKOL!"

"I’ve stayed at Sable multiple times and have had great experiences each time. The location feels safe and is very walkable. The condo was beautiful and had everything someone could need! The bed was king-size (I think description said queen) and comfortable and the blackout shades are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!"

Host was incredibly kind, understanding, and punctual with responding to my questions (particularly after 72 hours of traveling and barely being able to piece together a sentence.. if you know you know 😵‍💫) <br/>The unit was exactly as the pictures listed. Everything was very clean and the extra linens/towels/ misc. were so appreciated. You don’t realize you need an extra hair towel until you need an extra hair towel. But none of that was an issue. Everything was there. <br/>The only hiccup was accessing the building after 10pm. I knew there was a different code needed but the fob/code box was malfunctioning and I ended up on the street with 6 other individuals trying to get in. I recommend thoroughly reading thru the welcome emails and accessing the guest portal ahead of time. I was able to pull up the info and get us all in but I can see how it may be a lot of info and challenging for some. <br/>That said, I would book thru Minnestay again and truly enjoyed my stay."

Pictures matched-everything was as listed. <br/>1) Space Size: Perfect for 1 to 2 ppl. <br/>2) Bed: King Size & very comfortable! <br/>3) Roof top is a must see view!<br/>4) Key fob-easy entry/exit access <br/>5) Two TV’s - mounted (for safety purposes you won’t be able to plug in your fire stick or anything similar-not a big deal- tv’s has apps & plenty of channels) <br/>6) Closet space- spacious (my favorite-suitcase holder!!!!!) <br/>Parking: INCLUDED!!! Covered parking deck. Same floor as unit. Extremely convenient! Scan parking pass to enter & exit-safe & convenient! <br/>Communication: Quick, friendly & polite! <br/>Location: Walking distance from food, beverages & a gas station. Driving distance is great, less than 15 minutes to more restaurants & sitings! <br/>All in all 5 STARS!!! My new go to for when I’m in the city."

"I was visiting Minneapolis to learn more about the city and we wanted a centralized location to serve as a home base to access different neighborhoods on both sides of the river. this location not only served to be a great base for access in terms of proximity to transit and nearby attractions, but the warehouse district turned out to be a surprisingly quiet and walkable part of town to experience. the airbnb itself is one of the most well thought out experiences I've had. it's hard to believe it's not a hotel. the check in and check out process is streamlined but I could see how it could be technically arduous in terms of the interactions that occur outside of the app (email and ID verification) and the amount of keys to keep track of. I experienced the city without a car so no comment on the parking situation but there is a designated parking spot in a secured parking structure. This Airbnb is a 10 out of 10 and gets a full recommendation from me."

"Pros: Great location! Many restaurants and the ballpark within walking distance. Well furnished/equipped. Parking included is a major perk (located on the same floor as the unit and requires a lot of circling to get there and back). Not too much noise coming from other units. Just enough space for 2 people (any more may feel crowded). Opportunities: A lot of emails/texts from property company to keep track of. Outlets in bathroom didn’t appear to work with hair dryer provided. Couldn’t get TV in bedroom to connect to service."

"I loved my stay here! There was a hiccup during check in; the previous occupants left quite late so cleaning was delayed, thus delaying my check in time by about an hour. I called the Minnestay team when my access code wasn’t provided and they gave me updates and provided me with my check in info as soon as cleaning was done. The place was spotless and smelled nice. It was quite cold outside during my stay but the apartment stayed warm. Not much noise at all, I felt safe, parking was easy and the location was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable and I actually slept really well. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town!"

"we had a great time! the place is identical to the pictures and the rooftop is beautiful. <br/>the key fobs in the elevator were confusing to figure out at first. we didn't know we had to fob for a different floor but was easy to manage after that! the walls were a little thin, there was dog in the room next to us and we definitely heard the barking. but we definitely will be staying here again!"

"Although we never actually met our host, the entire check-in/out process was exactly it was explained through email/Airbnb chat. The communication was great. I did however, have to call for a quick question and they responded promptly. <br/>This property is walking distance to everything! If you want to break away from the area, grab a scooter and get lost. My 13 year old daughter and I found a beautiful path alongside the a Mississippi River (less than 10 min away). We were blessed with beautiful weather, so we enjoyed the outdoors in all it's facets...outdoors dining, walking, and scooter riding. The Airbnb is in an area with plenty of restaurants (kid friendly too), bars and rooftops. It's definitely a high end but a still developing area with a very industrial-like feel to it. <br/>Overall, the inside space was super clean, very modern and had plenty of amenities. Will absolutely stay here again when I visit Minneapolis."

"This place ticks all the boxes: clean, well-located, (the North Loop has lot's of cool bars and restaurants and is within walking distance of Downtown and the Arts District), secure and comfortable. Self-check-in and check-out were super easy. The operation is very professionally run but not at the expense of friendliness. Though I never needed to meet anyone in person, our written communication was always warm and welcoming in tone. I'd definitely stay again."
