## Description
The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways, but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s ideal for two (but roomy enough for 4) in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood.
This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. The bedroom features 1 cozy queen bed, separated from the living room with a partial wall for privacy. The living room includes 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests. There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom, making it convenient for all guests. It includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.
Enjoy hotel room-style novelty with all the comforts of home in the living area, where you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch. You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!
Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites: Five Iron (next door), Bunker’s Music Bar and Grill (2-minute walk), The Freehouse (2-minute walk), and Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk). In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: Closest supermarket: Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk) and Closest coffee shop: FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building. No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.

"This building is really nice. Walkable to lots of coffee, restaurants, etc. I will say the fob/parking system they have is kind of annoying. Was traveling alone and had to park 4 blocks away just to get the fobs. There's also no way to get into the building or unit if you accidentally leave your fob inside like I did. Luckily met someone nice in the building to let me in and the timing was perfect, but could've easily been locked out for a long time. Would recommend some kind of keypad system if possible. Also for some reason, I couldn't get out of the garage with the fob? So had to call the building. None of these were dealbreakers, and if I'm ever in Minneapolis again I would probably stay here"

"A great studio apartment in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The place is located between lots of bars and places to go out at night. The downtown district with shopping options is reachable by foot. Amazingly, the apartment is connected to a parking garage and a parking spot is included. This made heading somewhere by car very convenient. The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. I felt very good there for the duration of my stay. The only problem I see is that there is no real desk if you want to work from there. I would definitely chose this location again if I'd need a place in the area."

The unit accommodated us perfectly and supplied lots of extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. Minnestay provided clear instructions on how to get into the parking ramp and into the building which was very helpful. When we had a question, their team answered on the first call and was very helpful. The back area with all the restaurants and lawn games was just an added bonus. "Beautiful place with lots of gorgeous natural light. Really appreciated how they had a little basket of stuff in the bathroom, I had forgotten my toothbrush back home so it was greatly appreciate that there was a new one there along with makeup removing wipes and other stuff!
My only complaint was that the hot water tank seemed like it was having some troubles. I was able to take warm showers but even cranking it all the way it wasn’t really as hot as I would’ve liked it. I’m not sure it’s because it’s shared with other units, there were times where the water was closer to just being lukewarm but otherwise great place and Would definitely recommend!"
