Welcome to the City of Lakes! Our charming and modern corner suite is perfect for either a romantic urban escape or for the busy business traveler looking for a place to relax after a long day!
Key Features include an epic view of the Minneapolis skyline from this corner suite, a full kitchen with a dining area for 4 guests, 1 free parking space, access to the Rooftop Patio, BBQ, and 1st floor Member’s Lounge, and a prime North Loop location just steps from restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be the first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways, but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. Instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s perfect for two to four guests in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood.
BED and BATH: This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. The bedroom features 1 cozy queen bed separated from the rest of the suite in a private bedroom, while the living room has 1 queen pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests. There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom with artwork that adds a pop of style. Our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!
The bathroom is conveniently located outside of the bedroom and includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.
LIVING SPACE: Enjoy immaculate views of Minneapolis right from the comfort of your couch or imagine you’re in Paris sipping on your favorite glass of wine while you’re staying here! The living area has all the comforts of home, where you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch. You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.
Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.
BUILDING AMENITIES: Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
ESSENTIALS: One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM, strictly enforced. This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
✓ This building is in an urban area and you may experience construction noise during your stay.

"Very good stay. The owners/management were very nice and tried to help me when things came up. The apartment is large and there are lots of amenities. The kitchen was great, bed was comfortable. The check in process was confusing to me. It was not truly a one bedroom because it's really an alcove bedroom. Light in the living room is light in the "bedroom" and vice versa, same with sound. There is no full wall separation. Also, there is no bolt from the inside like a hotel. I thought there would be. I travel with my own lock, thankfully, but that bothered me. Otherwise, I recommend the apartment. The parking is also very nice to have in that area."

Full kitchen, well stocked with drip coffee maker and filters, sweeteners, coffee bean grinder and a starter bag of beans.
We stopped at a market for our own milk, etc.
Nice lounge downstairs and rooftop deck was fun for a sunset.
It was quiet at night and on the weekend but an apartment bldg is under construction next door to this one. If you want to work in the apt during the day or sleep in you will hear construction noise. So better for a weekend rental.
Also, the couch is a good enough single bed but we had difficulty pulling it out to a queen. The managers offered to help us but just know if you are planning on four people sleeping there it may take some work."

It was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and a baby but could have easily fit 2 more on the pullout sofa.
We used the kitchen which had basic items for cooking.
The parking was a reserved spot in the garage right outside the door. So we didn't have far to walk with our bags and the baby.
I highly reccommend this place, and would stay there again."

"Five years ago I retired from my downtown Minneapolis job of nearly forty years. How the area where this unit is located has changed. It was an area of emptied warehouses and factories. But now it is an area of refurbished buildings and new condos. Downtown Minneapolis used to be a place where few lived but now tens of thousands live. There is an exciting new feeling on the streets even at night. There is so much to do downtown. My wife has MS, and we really appreciated the unit and parking ramp all being on one level. The unit is small but fine for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was also a plus. The automated check-in process (using a text message) was the most sophisticated process I have ever experienced (very cool). My only complaint, I wish the seating faced the great view of the downtown skyline. Overall, it was a great stay and five stars from us."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sable! It’s a beautiful building in a great location close to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Our unit was clean, had great views of the city, and was well stocked. Minnestay was very thorough and receptive with their communication. Highly recommend!"

"The space was clean and very stylish. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the location and loved the rooftop deck! Read through the guest portal like your studying for a test because we arrived and had a lot of trouble getting our keys and figuring out where to park. Also the electronic keys were a bit tricky throughout our stay. Our host Katie was lovely and quick to respond to our texts and help us with these issues!"

Really the only con is that the bedroom is only big enough to be in the bed, there is zero room to walk.
But we weren’t going there to hang out in the bedroom and they can’t do anything about it."

"Fun location, close to downtown and to the Grand Rounds bike paths. Loved using the rooftop deck. Appreciated the ability to reach staff and get quick, friendly answers to questions. The kitchen is sparsely furnished—not really set up for much cooking. I would definitely stay here again."
