"The unit itself is lovely and just right for two people. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and matched the description/pics. The location is also wonderful and puts you within walking distance (or a short drive) from so many things. <br/>I cannot emphasize enough, however, how awful the check-in process is. I travel frequently and have stayed in several Airbnbs all over the world. I consider myself well versed in navigating these types of things and it was still entirely too complicated. Once you understand the process it’s not even that difficult which makes it more confusing why Minnestay chooses to use such poor communication/directions. Additionally, they send you the comms over multiple different channels which only adds to the confusion. Please find a way to improve and streamline the check-in process/comms for future guests."

"We really enjoyed the place. It was so fully stocked with amenities, especially the sheets and pillow for the bed and pullout bed. I think they had about 6 extra pillows in addition to the 4 on the bed! The host is very responsive on the messenger app. We asked for an extra set of keys and it was in the key cafe within 1-2 hrs. The location is great! About a 5-10 walk to Target Field. And about 10 min from the Mississippi walking/running trail."

"We come every year to MN to go to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and by far this was the best airbnb that we booked. Loved!!! the area. We were able to walk to so many fun spots and the vibe was so cool! The apartment was easy to find and parking in the garage was easy. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything we needed. They were thoughtful in providing even essentials just in case we forgot them. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the big windows which let in lots of light. Communication was amazing, they responded quickly and with clear instructions. Would book this again next year!"

"Perfect location for our stay in Minneapolis. We stayed for a few nights in June at Sable Minneapolis. The location was perfect for my family of three- walkable to the Twins game at Target field and in the opposite direction easy access to running along the river bank.<br/>Without kids we might have spent more time in the nearby restaurants and bars but as is the coffee place next door suited our needs.<br/>The different channels of communication approached a bit much at times- I felt like I had to check my text messages for the building door code but then find the key code on a website and parking instructions in an email- none of which were directly through the AirBnB platform. I navigated it fine but it felt unnecessarily complicated. In the end I had no big problems parking at the deck, getting inside the building, or getting my keys.<br/>Overall I would definitely return to Sable Minneapolis especially if I were in town for a Twins game."

"A nice micro-loft in a vibrant, walk-able area (coffee shops, restaurants, and bars) that is very convenient to downtown as well. Clean and well-equipped. So I highly recommend in that regard. I also loved that we parked in the garage at the same level as the unit, which is super convenient. <br/>However, check-in/check-out seemed too difficult. Emails were long and convoluted. (Maybe at least bold critical items so they are easy to find.) Plus, information and instructions were scattered in multiple places (texts, numerous emails, guest portal) so I seemed to always be searching for the code or the link or the instruction or whatever. I am accustomed to getting one email with everything I need to know about the Airbnb rental, and things going much more smoothly. We did appreciate that someone was available to assist us by phone when we got stuck. <br/>And just a heads-up - the place is a little tight for two, so I do not recommend trying to fit 4 in this space."

"We loved our stay. Very clean space with lots to do within walking distance. The check in/key retrieval instructions sounded complicated originally, but was actually a smooth process. The contract seems a bit unnecessary as everything included was already listed on Airbnb. During our stay, there was a parking garage cleaning company blocking our designated space while they washed the ground. There was no notice of this service expected while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

"The apartment was very comfortable and just as described. It's location in the North Loop was perfect - walkable to everything in that neighborhood including Target Field. And, if you are looking to venture further downtown, the light rail is blocks away. We would for sure stay again!"

"In a great location in the North Loop area, the condo is just steps from a coffee shop, a brewery, nice restaurants, and a high-end food court--all in the courtyard behind the building. Also, the dedicated parking space was really convenient. The condo had everything we needed and was super clean, neat, and nicely appointed. I was using a knee wheeler cart following foot surgery and found the space a bit tight, but able-bodied people should have no problems moving about. The condo is small without a wall between the bedroom and living area; accordingly, you should be comfortable with the people with whom you share the space. It is great for one or two people. At the time of our visit, the garage next door was under construction. Knowing it was an urban location, we were not expecting things to be super quiet and were not particularly bothered. The only annoyance was the Key Cafe system which required a bit of study ahead of time to make it work."

We didn’t move our car for three days and explored all MInneapolis had to offer on bikes. Highly recommend.<br/>Would def stay here again."

Walking distance to TargetField where Minnesota Twins play. Only negative is the bed was too hard for us but would stay there again. Highly recommend."

"This is such an awesome spot to stay. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop and stopped at a few local bars (check out Bunker's and Darby's), all within walking distance. We were also able to easily walk to Target Field. The room was clean, spacious for being on the smaller side (if that makes sense), and had extra toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. Add the fresh coffee beans provided and this place earns 5 stars!! We would definitely stay here again."

We did a bunch of hikes and scenic trips with Minneapolis as our base. The laundry was very helpful to have. Also the bed was super comfortable! Check-in procedures were handled via texts outside the Airbnb app which is my only complaint."

"North Loop is a great place to stay if you plan on going to a Twins game! Or want a quiet area close to downtown. Walking distance to many breweries and restaurants! <br/>I asked for an early check-in or a place to store my luggage because the Twins game was at 1pm. They could not accommodate which is understandable because someone was in the room the night before. I did not want to leave my luggage in the secure garage and I’m glad I didn’t because we saw a car broken into in the garage. <br/>No hot water one day but Minnestay was always quick to respond! They respond immediately through the app. Water was fixed later that day.<br/>They had a scooter in the room, free coffee, and plenty of towels and sheets."

The amenities were very accommodating with a full kitchen plus sitting area! Including a washer and dryer :) I wanted to give 5 stars for cleanliness and accuracy yet there was sticky matter on the remote and what looked like dried vomit 🤢 in the parking ra mp also the amenities were a lot smaller then pictured (lounge and rooftop).
