Welcome to Minneapolis! Enjoy the best of the Twin Cities from this modern North Loop, which is perfect for business trips or city getaways.
The loft features a modern layout with tall ceilings and a private sleeping area. It includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, one parking space, and access to a rooftop terrace, BBQ, and a first-floor Member’s Lounge. The excellent North Loop location is just a 10-minute walk from Target Field and fabulous restaurants.
Minneapolis is where it’s at! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this hip North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
This condo can sleep up to four guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. The bedroom features one queen bed, separated from the rest of the suite with a sliding door. The living room has a queen pull-out couch, large enough for two guests.
The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The bathroom is conveniently located right off of the kitchen for all guests. It includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
The loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a queen-sized pull-out couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a table with two chairs that doubles as a workspace.
Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!
Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites: Five Iron (next door), Bunker’s Music Bar and Grill (2-minute walk), The Freehouse (2-minute walk), and Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk).
In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: the closest supermarket is Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk) and the closest coffee shop is FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.
Bookings made within seven days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc.). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building.
No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
This building is located in an urban, downtown area, and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
Loss of key fobs and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.

Easy walk into the city, and we were able to walk along the Mississippi river one afternoon, and walk to Target Center for a basketball game. "This is a great location and the apartment is beautiful and clean and comfortable. My only complaints were 1. You have to grind your coffee beans but the grinder was broken so I couldn’t have coffee first thing (but that forced me to go to Backstory which was amazing!) and 2. The check in process felt like a lot compared to other places I’ve stayed. Steps before you even get there, then the process for getting the keys, then finding the parking stall, and finally finding the apartment. But now that I’ve got it down, I’d stay here again (and bring coffee)!"

"The condo was a clean and nearly brand new space (Dec’19). Despite what I assume were opening day admin challenges, this place was perfect for a week in Minneapolis. Parking was simple and on the same floor as the unit. Laundry was simple and modern (though I didn’t see in-unit laundry listed as an amenity on airbnb). Internet was blazing fast. Concrete floors were spotless. The only issues I had are easily fixable, thus probably not relevant to future travelers. The host initially forgot to include the parking card in the key drop unit. Also, I’m pretty sure the towels and sheets were straight from the box (ie never washed), which seems ok, but better to wash first in my opinion. I would absolutely stay here again."
