## Description
Welcome to Minneapolis! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this hip North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Features include accommodations for up to 6 guests with a California King in the master loft, a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen cabinet murphy bed on the main floor. The fully appointed kitchen has island seating for 5, and a bistro table with seating for 2. Enjoy the outdoor covered veranda with a gas firepit. There is a 65” Samsung Frame TV in the living room and a 45” TV in the Master Bedroom. A stereo with a turntable and vinyl featuring 20 of Minnesota’s top artists, including Dylan, Prince, Soul Asylum, and Lizzo, is available. You will also find a library of famous Minnesota writers and coffee table books. The loft features 12ft ceilings and separate climate controls for each level with AC. There is a main floor powder room and an upstairs Master bath. An acoustic guitar and songbooks are provided. Please note that this unit is not appropriate for small children or individuals with mobility issues due to the concrete stairs to the second level.
Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom loft apartment. The bedroom features 1 king bed located upstairs with a large closet and full bathroom. The living room includes a pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests, and another fold-out murphy bed for an additional 2 guests. The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows. The master bathroom is located just up the steps outside of the bedroom. There is also a half bathroom next to the living room, making it convenient for all guests. Toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer are provided so you can pack light!
Listen to records on the turntable in this open kitchen/living area loft, where you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance. You will also be able to enjoy the warm summer breezes from the large balcony directly connected to your suite!
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

Although we were there in the middle of summer, it was nice to light it and sit around it at night when things cooled down a bit. The property is located very close to the city.
