This condo can sleep up to 4 guests.
- Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the living room. Allows for restful night sleep away from the city lights.
- Queen Sleeper Sofa - sleeps 2 in the living area.
The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding. The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a rain fall shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
Located on the corner of the building, the loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a fun couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast nook/desk space with two chairs. The large windows with a city view make this suite feel large and bright and the fireplace makes it extra cozy in the winter! Now offering a separate desk for remote work, stay focused on what matters while enjoying everything that surrounds you.
Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, concrete floors, warm rugs, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
- This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay.
- There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
- Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
- Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

The rooftop common area was so beautiful at night. We cooked up there one night and watched a movie. "Personally, I loved my stay. The pictures match the place exactly how it is. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets, clean dishes. Both tvs have multiple streaming networks which I enjoyed. The location is great too (there was a lot of construction) but it wasn’t bothersome. There’s a place to the left of the parking garage where you can play outdoor games which I found nice. The communication is great. I will say the check-in instructions weren’t super clear in terms of parking garages because there is two but once I reached out, they were so quick to answer. They took about less than 5 minutes to give a response back. They have laundry pods available whenever you want to do your laundry and other cleaning supplies as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others."

"The apartment was just like the pictures. An added benefit is that parking is included and the stall is assigned at the same level as the apartment allowing for easy loading and unloading right into the hallway outside your door. We generally had no complaints about the apartment.
My issue is with the communications. Minnestay (the property manager) uses Airbnb as an auxillary listing for their properties, which means their communications don't all come through Airbnb. I got a long series of emails, texts from at least two different phone numbers, an app we were supposed to download to get our keys, all in addition to the Airbnb messages. The texts and emails were multiple pages and so detailed as to be difficult to read on a cell phone. Eventually, we figured it all out, but they need to somehow simplify all this.
Initial building access is also clumsy. Between access codes, fobs and parking passes. Don't know what they can do to simplify this, but it is a burden."

"Minnestay, minnestay, minnestay! It was love at first sight. This condo was stunning, and it's located in a prime area of downtown, and it's not far from Mall of America. Very safe and walkable to all the attractions and restaurants, but even if you wanted to Lyft/uber, our ride was no more than $7 to anything downtown, of course, such as the Dakota Jazz Lounge (AMAZING and GREAT FOOD! PLUS LIVE MUSIC).
The Minnestay team was charming and communicative every step of the way. The check-in process was easy, and I loved how they helped me plan this cute birthday surprise with balloons and a banner - Prince theme. I appreciated the quick responses and complimentary early check-in after a long morning of traveling. The condo was nice and cozy, with a great view of the beautiful architecture buildings from our particular condo. It has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
We would stay here again! This will be our home away from home anytime we're in Minneapolis."

"We loved this unit. The place was clean, and well appointed. It’s a corner unit so you have a great view and lots of light. Plenty of toiletries are included, so you won’t be trying to stretch a tiny shampoo bottle out over your whole stay! The neighborhood is excellent. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We got fresh bagels every morning just a 2 minute walk away. We had no need to call Minnestay with any issues, but it seemed like they would have been accessible if we needed them. The check in instructions are a lot, but if you keep your emails organized, and bookmark the check in page on your phone it’s totally doable. Everything went smoothly once I read the instructions and knew what I was doing! And having a parking space included was a huge plus. Definitely recommend the Sable building, and unit 409 in particular."

"Great location! Our parents stayed in this one bedroom condo for two weeks while visiting Minneapolis and they had everything they needed for a long stay. The parking space that comes with this condo is on the same floor of the parking structure as the condo is in the building so it was very easy to access the parking spot while they stayed in the condo. The one hiccup was it took a few days to get the dryer fixed. The door would not shut and our parents had to tape the door shut every time they used the dryer. It was annoying, but Minnestay eventually fixed it. They plan to stay again here the next time they visit again."

Target Field is a few blocks away. The light rail trains are right there too to explore further out of the neighborhood as well.
You can walk just a few blocks and have nearly everything around you.
Young professional age range of community and there is a dog park a couple blocks away as well. So many humans with their dogs walking around. A true neighborhood indeed.
Check out the freehouse too for a bite and a beer which is next door. This award winning brewpub lives up to their awards for sure.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but the room was very cool and nicely appointed, the building clean and easily accessible, and everything was just easy and smooth. Even when things went awry (usually my own fault), Minnestay was very quick to respond and provide support. And location was right on point - easily walkable to a ton of great places. Details about the space: Bed was comfortable enough; my wife and I had a bit of trouble sleeping but I'm not fully sure it was the bed's fault. Bathroom had the essentials and some "in case you forgot items". Kitchen had the essentials. Desk next to the window was a nice spot to get some work done, as was the small table next to the kitchen space. Windows had both filtering shades and full blackouts depending on your immediate need, which was cool. Key pickup and parking system were very sleek. Overall I would highly recommend Sable/Minnestay if you're looking to stay in a trendy space in a walkable area."
