This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:

  • Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy
  • Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests

The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

House Rules

  • All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
  • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
  • A MINNeSTAY Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
  • This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances.
  • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults.
  • No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
  • Consumable amenities provided by MINNeSTAY are not refilled during stay.
  • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced.
  • This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay.
  • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
  • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
  • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
  • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"I have stayed here a good number of times and I will continue to every time I make a trip to the Twin Cities. The units are always clean and comfortable. The temperature control is great. Parking is easy. Check in and check out are easy processes. They had made a clerical error for my check in date and it just took a 30 second call to get it fixed. Very responsive and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend, especially for people who don't need a lot of space, but want it to feel good. The one thing I will say is that this specific unit has a work station, but the monitor has ancient inputs (VESA ports for those who know). They have a dock that connects to it, but wouldn't properly take HDMI or USB C inputs. That was the only disappointing aspect."
