Experience Minneapolis. Minneapolis is where it’s at! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this open and airy North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
BED BATH. Two guests can sleep comfortably in this Corner Studio Suite. The sleeping area features one queen bed overlooking the city with four large windows. The room has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds to the overall style of this corner unit suite. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom, making it convenient for all guests. It includes a large, tiled shower with glass doors, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
LIVING SPACE. This corner studio loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a cool denim style couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast nook with two chairs. Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and four oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
BUILDING AMENITIES. Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
ESSENTIALS. One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!
LOCATION INFORMATION. Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites: Five Iron (next door), Bunker’s Music Bar and Grill (2-minute walk), The Freehouse (2-minute walk), and Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk). In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: Closest supermarket: Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk) and Closest coffee shop: FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

"This is my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Minneapolis. Great location, easy check-in/out, awesome pad. Washer/dryer work great. There's a gym ~1 minute walk away connected to the Nordic building and Minnestay was able to add access to the facility for $10/day, which I thought was well worth it. Internet is fast. "My husband and I enjoyed our two nights at Minnestay. Getting the key was easy, the parking garage is nice, it’s easy to get to the room, it was very clean and comfortable. I most appreciated the blackout shades, comfortable bed, good WiFi, and location. I gave the stay 5 stars but I want to note that this is basically a hotel room without the amenities of a hotel but more risk. The company contacts you outside of Airbnb to sign a contract that in retrospect I would not sign again. You agree to be fined a flat rate of $2,000 if you (to my memory) bring an animal in the room, smoke, have a party (which is not well defined, so TBD what could constitute a party), have two noise complaints, and other reasons. It was not clear to me if these fines could also compound. When we forgot a charger in the room, they offered to ship it to us for a $45 fee, which I cannot imagine a hotel doing. It worked out fine for us, but I would not assume this liability again and instead would book a hotel."

"Excellent spot in North Loop, check-in process sounded more complicated than it ended up being; before I showed up I got a link in my text messages, and it was super easy from there.
The unit was very clean, very quiet, and comfortable. The location was fantastic! Far enough away from the Warehouse District to be nice and quiet but close enough to walk to any time you like. There were coffee shops, bars, and restaurants immediately nearby. Easy walk to Northeast or Downtown too. Lots of rental bikes and electric scooters around.
Parking in the attached ramp was a snap but you do have to look carefully for your spot the first time - mine was in a little nook away from the direction you'd turn to go up a level, and out of order with the other reserved spots. Once you know where it is, no big deal!
Overall I was very happy with this Airbnb experience and would happily stay here again. Thanks Minnestay!"

"Great spot in the North Loop located seconds from some great restaurants and minutes from many others. Included parking was a plus, especially during a Twins home series. The unit overlooks a quiet street which was a blessing when N Wash was busy with the nightlife. The only noise we heard was a neighbor slamming their door late at night on a Saturday night. While small, it's a great place to rest if you want to be out and about while taking the Twin Cities in!"

"I really enjoyed this studio unit. In a nice/laid back area, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to downtown and highways. I made great use of the rooftop including the fire pit, grill, and tv. Lots of great photo-ops in/around the building. The unit itself was nice had everything I needed. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but otherwise good. I accidentally left something in the unit after checking out and customer service was super kind and helpful and getting back in was a breeze. My only concern was that there was a separate agreement you are expected to sight after booking on AirBnb. It was pretty standard but I would have preferred knowing that before booking, personally."

The building is very secure and safe, the apartment itself is a perfect size for 1-2 people, it was modern and clean and had all the amenities you’d need for a short or extended stay. It is also a short walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and other eateries. I would stay here again!"

"First of all, this airbnb is BEAUTIFUL. Such a lovely place. It was spotless upon arrival and everything was as stated. Also the location is absolutely PERFECT! Within walking distance to tons of restaurants and coffee shops and breweries. We could walk anywhere we needed/wanted to! "Minnestay was a perfect spot for the two of us for our short trip to the city. The warehouse district is such a cool spot with tons of great food and coffee. The apt was lovely, felt very safe and was so clean. Even in a studio there was enough room for the two of us to work remotely comfortably. Would definitely recommend for either short or long term trips."

"Pros>OUTSTANDING location with amazing restaurants walking distance (even right behind it!) from the unit, fantastic toiletries that are unlike any I’ve had in an AirBnB, thoughtful touches like earplugs and fresh coffee beans, laundry and secure parking garage, and most importantly of all as far as I’m concerned (having been scarred by two less than clean AirBnBs), this unit truly was absolutely sparkling clean!
Cons>only one: As other guests have mentioned, the check-in procedure is a bit complicated with texts leading to emails leading to specific security instructions. It was a bit hard to keep track of all the different instructions."

"GREAT location!!! The place was sparkling clean upon arrival. The little touches really made out stay memorable. The bed as well as pillows were super comfortable. The TV is awesome as it offers many different apps for use. The water pressure in the shower was great and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided smelled amazing. The fresh coffee was a great touch and made for the perfect morning. Will be saying with Minnestay again!"
