## Description
Welcome to the City of Lakes. The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways, but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s ideal for two (but roomy enough for 4) in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood.
Living Space: This modern loft features a layout with tall ceilings and a private sleeping area. It includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and one parking space. Guests have access to a rooftop terrace, BBQ, and a first-floor Member’s Lounge. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Target Field and within walking distance of the Target Center and fabulous restaurants.
Minneapolis is where it’s at! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this hip North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Bed and Bath: This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. The bedroom features one cozy king bed, separated from the living room with a partial wall for privacy. The living room has a pull-out couch (queen), large enough for 2 guests. There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning.
The bathroom is conveniently located outside of the bedroom and includes a large tub/shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.
Building Amenities: Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
Essentials: One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!
Location Information: Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites: Five Iron (next door), Bunker’s Music Bar and Grill (2-minute walk), The Freehouse (2-minute walk), and Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk).
In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: the closest supermarket is Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk) and the closest coffee shop is FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

"Beautiful Apartment. All the amenities you could possibly need, complete even with a washer and dryer in the bathroom. My favorite was the walkin closet. We stayed for a few weeks so I had plenty of space to hang up all of my outfits. Another HUGE BONUS in Downtown Minneapolis, paid parking inside the parking ramp! Last place I'd stayed didn't have that in I racked up a fortune having to pay for parking meters and inside the parking ramp. There's a huge Salvation Army thrift store within walking distance that has two levels. The top level is all brand new merchandise that come's from store's, a lot of stuff from target. Their used selection wasn't as big downstairs but they had tons of rolling suitcases, most between $5-$7. It was a really lovely apartment to call home for the few weeks we would stay there."

The apartment itself was easy to check into and well equipped with all of your travel needs (toiletries especially). Full on kitchen with updated appliances. Overall, super cozy and loved the black out blinds. Felt very safe in the accommodation and its surrounding areas.

"We had some complications figuring things out such as parking and check in, in the beginning but that’s completely on us. Our host where very informative and beyond patient with all our questions! Because of that our experience was amazing, we had a great stay and literally everything we could need within the apartment. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!"

"Really great location and setup! We booked this last minute with no real idea where it was, and the location was fantastic. Really close to tons of good food and coffee and bars. "Beautiful studio in a great location. I do wish it was a tad bit closer to the main bars and restaurants but we worked it out. It was extremely hot in the apartment at times too which was uncomfortable. We kept turning the thermostat down to cool the place but it would go right back after a bit. That was pretty annoying."
