"Spacious, quiet, and convenient!"

"Such a cute place! It was easy to access and get set up for check in and check out. The only “issue” is that the bed makes a ton of noise when you get into it or if you move while sleeping. We ended up buying a similar mattress pad for home because of how comfy it was though!!!"

"We were in town for baseball games and other things. It’s a perfect location to walk to the ballpark. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the bed. It creaked like it was going to break when getting in, out, and any movement. The 2 mattress toppers were quite a bit smaller than the mattress itself. That being said we would stay again if in the area. "

"Beautiful building in the heart of North Loop! We’ve stayed with Sable a handful of times and have loved each unit. Our car was literally steps away in the parking garage which is such a lifesaver! Surrounded by amazing food, Wrecktangle is in the building directly next door and was by far the best pizza we’ve had in the city. Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Perfect location to explore all that the North Loop District has to offer. Clean and comfortable property equipped with all the amenities you can hope for. We were thrilled to have free parking in the garage during our stay. Booking was a breeze and our host was very responsive and helpful. The Sable building boasts industrial charm. The lobby is inviting and we loved hanging out on the roof top terrace before catching a concert at Target Field which was only a short walk away."

"Beautiful Apartment. All the amenities you could possibly need, complete even with a washer and dryer in the bathroom. My favorite was the walkin closet. We stayed for a few weeks so I had plenty of space to hang up all of my outfits. Another HUGE BONUS in Downtown Minneapolis, paid parking inside the parking ramp! Last place I'd stayed didn't have that in I racked up a fortune having to pay for parking meters and inside the parking ramp. There's a huge Salvation Army thrift store within walking distance that has two levels. The top level is all brand new merchandise that come's from store's, a lot of stuff from target. Their used selection wasn't as big downstairs but they had tons of rolling suitcases, most between $5-$7. It was a really lovely apartment to call home for the few weeks we would stay there."

"Highly recommend Minnestay in this area in particular (I think they may have other locations?). Secure, apartment was attractive, lovely natural light. Neighborhood had a lot going on, and (most importantly for me), a great downstairs coffee shop. If we came again, we’d take advantage of the lovely kitchen a bit more. Overall, highly recommend."

"We stayed at Minnestay for a girls weekend. It was a great location, we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and bars. The apartment had all of the necessities. It was a little cozy with 3 of us staying there, but it was exactly as shown online. I have stayed in several AirBnbs and I would have to say this unit had a unique check-in process. You have to follow instructions on your phone to get the keys. Someone who isn't very tech savvy might struggle with this part."

"This unit was very comfortable and clean. The unit includes several helpful items such as a washer & dryer, shampoo & body wash, toothpaste & toothbrushes, hair dryer, extra pillows & blankets, coffee maker & complimentary coffee. We had a little difficulty with the keys, but that was due more to user error - the contact line was responsive and helpful. We were located on the third floor, but did not hear any street noise. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure in the shower. There are several places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again."

"This listing was everything it was advertised as! Conveniently located with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries in walking distance. Not to mention, the train station and Target Field is close by (5 minute walk). The Target Center was a couple train stops down, as well as US Bank Stadium. <br/>The apartment itself was easy to check into and well equipped with all of your travel needs (toiletries especially). Full on kitchen with updated appliances. Overall, super cozy and loved the black out blinds. Felt very safe in the accommodation and its surrounding areas. <br/>HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
