Living Space
This condo features a modern loft layout with tall ceilings and a separate sleeping area. It includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and one parking space. Guests have access to a rooftop terrace, BBQ, and a first-floor Member’s Lounge. The excellent North Loop location is just a 10-minute walk from Target Field and within walking distance of the Target Center and fabulous restaurants. Minneapolis is where it’s at! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this hip North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Bed and Bath
This condo can sleep up to four guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos, or solo travelers. The bedroom features one queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy. The living room has one pull-out couch, large enough for two guests. The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows. The bathroom is conveniently located outside of the bedroom and includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: the closest supermarket is Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk) and the closest coffee shop is FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"Great little Airbnb that had a clean modern rustic feel! In walking distance of a cool part of the city with restaurants, coffee shops etc! It felt very safe and it was very appreciated that you get a complimentary parking space in the parkade that leaves no worries for your vehicle. It was a little snug for 3 guests when you start adding suitcases in a snug space with a pull out couch but it’s definitely doable. The check in was a little complicated but after some time we figured it out. Other than that great place. Would book again!"
