Welcome to Minneapolis and Sable! Enjoy the best of the Twin Cities from this modern Downtown Minneapolis condo!
Experience Minneapolis. Minneapolis is where it’s at! Experience the perfect combination of style and comfort at this open and airy North Loop loft, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
BED and BATH. Two guests can sleep comfortably in this Corner Studio Suite. The sleeping area features 1 queen bed overlooking the city with four large windows. The room has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds to the overall style of this corner unit suite. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows. The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom, making it convenient for all guests. It includes a large, tiled shower with glass doors, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
LIVING SPACE. This corner studio loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a cool denim style couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast nook with two chairs. Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and four oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
BUILDING AMENITIES. Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
ESSENTIALS. One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!
LOCATION INFORMATION. Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites: Five Iron (next door), Bunker’s Music Bar and Grill (2-minute walk), The Freehouse (2-minute walk), Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk). In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance: Closest supermarket: Whole Foods Market (13-minute walk), Closest coffee shop: FRGMNT Coffee (Nordic Building) (2-minute walk).

HOUSE RULES. All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

✓ All guests are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in. A link to this agreement will be sent to your email address and will be signed electronically. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
✓ We provide contactless, "self" check-ins. To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
✓ Our minimum renter age is 25 years old.
✓ The Fitness Center is located in a neighboring building. Passes are available for $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire with reservations to reserve a pass.
✓Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
✓ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes in the units and common areas of the building, including the 9th Floor Roof Top patio and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
✓ This building is in an urban area and you may experience construction noise during your stay.
✓ This is a 100% smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for any rules not followed.

"Beautiful, modern unit right in the center of everything in the Norther Loop of Minneapolis. There was consistent foot traffic due to the Twins being in town as well as the NHL an NBA playoffs happening at the same time. Numerous establishments were within easy walking distance including the riverfront with trails for running and biking just a few blocks away. The inclusion of parking was also a great perk since with all those events happening simultaneously it would have been a nightmare finding street parking!
I enjoyed my time staying at this location and would recommend to anyone looking to be in the center of the action!
As a side note, I went to grab something from my car in the garage and forgot the key fob to regain access to the building. The emergency number provided was a HUGE help in getting me back into the building after my error! They were extremely quick to assist and I was back in in no time. Thank you!

"Beautiful Airbnb in a great, super walkable area of Minneapolis. Close to a bunch of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. I really liked FRGMNT Coffee, which was a few minutes away walking! I’d definitely stay in this Airbnb again.
Just a note, the pre-checking in process took a little bit of time and required a few extra steps compared to a normal Airbnb booking, so make sure to check your Airbnb messages and follow the instructions before arriving for a lower-stress check-in experience. I didn’t see the request to send additional info and process until I got to Minneapolis, which I don’t recommend!"

"The room was amazing. Clean and well appointed - had everything I needed and more. It was perfect! I'd stay there again in a heart beat. My only slightly negative comment is in regard to parking. I was assigned parking spot #8. The #8 spot is NOT in the same area as all of the other Sable dedicated spots, nor is it aligned with the numbering by floor. I spent 20 mins going around and around looking for #8 and finally found it on the 4th floor in a small spot on the opposite side of the Sable parking spots, hidden by a wall. The 4th floor is where the #20+ spots were. I would suggest that you make a note when you assign the #8 spot so that guests don't have to wander around in frustration looking for it.
The other thing regarding parking, I looked through every door at Sable on the main floor to find the connection to the parking garage (entry directly from Sable to the parking garage was noted in my instructions) and never found it. It would have been a significant time savings."

"Aside from the little headache that we got trying to check in, the trip was great. It would be nice if all the check in information was consolidated in a text or all on the guest portal instead of getting different texts and then emails and then notifications on Airbnb. But again, aside from that the trip was excellent. Such a chill atmosphere and the location is minutes away from downtown. Also, the restaurants/bars around the building are great attractions themselves. I know my fiancée and I would love to go back again.
Would definitely recommend going to get a pizza from Surly brewery. It’s about 15 minutes from the Airbnb. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!"

"Parking can be confusing but easy enough to figure out. Minnestay was super easy to communicate with but you will have to communicate outside of the AirBnB app. The apartment was very clean and I felt perfectly comfortable with low exposure to covid. There is an apartment building being built across the street which did make a lot of noise. Obviously that’s out of Minnestay’s control but for those visiting in the near future it’s something to consider."

"Modern and stylish space with thoughtful amenities. Location is great - close to the many happenings of downtown. If you don’t get an email with check-in information from the host the day of your arrival, connect with the host to get it (he’s a very efficient and effective communicator through the Airbnb app, and always got back to us within five minutes!). Without that information, it’s almost impossible to figure out how to park, get your keys, or find your apartment. The apartment is beautiful, and the heated floors were heavenly when coming in from the January chill outside. Minneapolis is pure magic any time of year!"
