The parking garage was easy and covered which is an added bonus! We have been looking for a “home base” as we visit Minneapolis often. The location was within walking distance (around 10 minutes) to the hub of shops downtown, even quicker to get to the restaurants and stores in North Loop area. However, even though we were close to restaurants and the like, the block of the apartment building was pretty quiet. (This might have something to do with the Pandemic in everything not yet opened and the apartment building across the street not yet occupied.) The apartment/condo itself was simple in taste, but tasteful. The view was amazing in the apartment and the rooftop - love the downtown skyline view. Parking spot was the perfect slot in distance to the door. All amenities were included - cookware, cooking and eating utensils, cleaning supplies for kitchen and washer and dryer, and bathroom condiments.
