	wrinkly clothes!), and you’ll sleep well on our comfortable mattress with high-quality bedding.
	Staying for awhile? We can arrange for housekeeping service whenever you need it.

	The bathroom is located off of the kitchen so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it
	includes a combination shower + tub, toilet, and sink with large vanity. We provide toiletries,
	towels, iron, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look your best.

	Catch up on emails or disconnect entirely in the living room - it’s up to you. The comfortable

		All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be
		required.
	</li>
	<li>
		All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding
		your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior
		to check-in. No exceptions.
	</li>
	<li>Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.</li>
	<li>
		A MINNeSTAY Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you
		provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to
		booking.
	</li>
	<li>
		This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no
		smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's
		entrances.
	</li>
	<li>No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults.</li>
	<li>
		No pets are allowed at Sable. Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be
		mentioned prior to booking.
	</li>
	<li>Consumable amenities provided by MINNeSTAY are not refilled during stay.</li>
	<li>Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced.</li>
	<li>
		This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and
		traffic noise during your stay.
	</li>
	<li>There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.</li>
	<li>Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.</li>
	<li>Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.</li>
	<li>
		Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
	</li>

	Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated
	in the signed rental agreement.
