- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
- A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- No pets allowed!
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
- Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Retro-Haus!!! Extremely charming, it felt like we were transported back in time! The home was very, very clean and a lot of care and planning went into keeping the place welcoming and inviting. The home was originally built in 1906, but it’s so well maintained and very tastefully decorated throughout! The modern touches sporadically and strategically placed blends well with the antique furniture and pieces that abound the entire home. Couldn’t ask for a nicer home to stay. There’s so many restaurants around that can be walked or driven easily in about 5-10 minutes. Just around the is a Michelin rated looking restaurant! Though we didn’t get the chance to try it, definitely on our list when we return! An Argentinian “Baludo “ pizza place and a neat little Thai cuisine restaurant that we carried out food from was just simply scrumptious!
