Welcome to Nokomis Blue!
This home embodies the essence of Minneapolis' beauty and charm. The natural light radiates throughout and provides a floorplan that exudes the cozy warmth desired in a house that was meant to be your home away from home. Nokomis Blue is designed to enhance and engage your stay. This artistically decorated home offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, a charming dining room adjoining a cozy family room, three bedrooms on the second level, a workout area with a Peloton bike (Peloton shoes with ‘Look Delta’ cleats are required, so please pack them for your trip! You also need your Peloton membership to log in to the bike), onsite laundry, and a spacious private backyard with a solo stove firepit and lounge chairs.
When you feel like staying indoors enjoying your surroundings, take advantage of the three Samsung Smart TVs, one located in the living room, one in the lower level exercise area set up to access your fitness account, in addition to bedroom one for entertainment or office use. The desirable location offers the freedom of blissful scenic trails while being right outside of town to experience the glitz and glam of Minneapolis. At the Nokomis Blue, you can share the fun with your pooch (40lbs max!).

Loved having all bedrooms on same floor. House is "only" 1300 sq feet but felt a lot bigger - especially with the stellar basement/workout room with great washer/dryer. Neighborhood felt safe, was so homey (with beautiful retro design). Would absolutely stay again."

"Loved this place. I’d probably stay there again if I visit the area. Only thing that was a little frustrating was the checkin process, they require A LOT of extra info, signed agreements, license photos, selfie with you holding you driver’s license. I feel like it’s a bit much, kind of overkill. BUT- I get why they do it. Safety purposes, possible fraud purposes, etc.So although I had to provide excessive documentation/info/signed agreements is acceptable, and shows they care about the quality and type of people staying on their properties, which is nice. Loved it and definitely recommend it"

Our family lives nearby and the location allowed us to walk everywhere with our grandchildren, to and from school to the corner bus stop and to the fabulous Heather’s restaurant. The girls were thrilled to sleepover and have a special night “at grandma and grandpa’s blue house”. The neighborhood is lovely, it’s quiet, with lots of trees, and very safe.
