"Was between this and staying downtown for a week with the kids, and we chose this. So glad we did. A wealth of primo restaurants and parks within walking distance. Loved having all bedrooms on same floor. House is "only" 1300 sq feet but felt a lot bigger - especially with the stellar basement/workout room with great washer/dryer. Neighborhood felt safe, was so homey (with beautiful retro design). Would absolutely stay again."

"Loved this place. I’d probably stay there again if I visit the area. Only thing that was a little frustrating was the checkin process, they require A LOT of extra info, signed agreements, license photos, selfie with you holding you driver’s license. I feel like it’s a bit much, kind of overkill. BUT- I get why they do it. Safety purposes, possible fraud purposes, etc.So although I had to provide excessive documentation/info/signed agreements is acceptable, and shows they care about the quality and type of people staying on their properties, which is nice. Loved it and definitely recommend it"

"This place was a great find! Our family lives nearby and the location allowed us to walk everywhere with our grandchildren, to and from school to the corner bus stop and to the fabulous Heather’s restaurant. The girls were thrilled to sleepover and have a special night “at grandma and grandpa’s blue house”. The neighborhood is lovely, it’s quiet, with lots of trees, and very safe. Our Minnestay vacation was absolutely perfect and we look forward to staying there again."

"This property was a great location in the city. Very clean and accommodating on the inside. Very nicely fenced backyard with a good patio. Quiet street. Close to everything (Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St Paul, UofMinn, Airport, Mall of America). Nice coffee shops and restaurants close. Nice Park around the corner."

The unit was clean, thoughtfully decorated and supplied and was nicer than represented in the listing. Location is wonderful - 10 minutes to Mall of America, 15 minutes to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Nokomis Blue! The house is very nicely decorated and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a pack of fresh roasted coffee beans and a coffe grinder - this made very nice coffee for us in the morning. Beds were super comfy and there were lots of extra blankets. Lots of complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms too! We would come back in a heartbeat! Can highly recommend"

The house has been done so well, amazing well-equipped kitchen and cute decor throughout. We will stay here every time we visit Minneapolis!"

"Thank you Minnestay! We were allowed to drop our luggage early to make attending a wedding rehearsal more convenient. Cute, family friendly neighborhood. Great historic home with classy updates and comfortable features. We arranged to have our dog join us on this trip. However a last minute illness interfered with that plan. Without being asked, Kristin at Minnestay offered and arranged a refund of the extra pet fee. Will definitely work with them on our next visit to Minneapolis area. You won’t regret this choice for your next vacation accommodation."
