Harriet. The name Minikahda is a Lakota term that means "by the side of the water." Inside the home, you'll find a newly renovated kitchen, two Queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two Twins, an artfully decorated living room with a wet bar, and a lower level entertainment room featuring a large screen TV, foosball table, and air hockey. House features include 3 bedrooms (2 queens and a pair of twins), 2 bathrooms (one full with tub and one with shower only), a living room with TV and wet bar, a dining room, a newly remodeled kitchen, a lower level den with large screen TV, foosball and air hockey, a laundry room, a hot tub, and it is dog friendly. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced. Parking is available with a driveway that has space for 2 vehicles and additional street parking. Concierge services are available for those looking for groceries, a chef-prepared meal, or even boat rentals. Our concierge service is here to take your vacation to the next level. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and no smoking is allowed inside the home, including e-cigarettes and vapes. This property may have a noise monitoring device inside the home, and additional devices may be located in gathering spaces outside. No events are allowed, as this home is designed for families and responsible adults. Dogs are only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings, and prior notice must be given to the Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet, along with a pet fee that starts at $150. Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel, and we expect that you will treat it with respect. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and we ask that you be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of the property.
