Lyndale Pleasant Getaway has been designed with the guest in mind: plenty of board games, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy fireplace, three TVs and a sun room. And if you need to do a little work from home, the bonus study room is the perfect spot! Bring your furry friend and enjoy the spacious and fully fenced backyard. You'll love this home's proximity to all things Uptown, Lake Street, the Walker Art Center, Target Field, and dozens of restaurants and unique shops, not to mention the beautiful Chain of Lakes!

House Rules
- All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
- All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
- A MINNeSTAY Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to MINNeSTAY team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided by MINNeSTAY are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"Beautiful home with awesome space, nice bathrooms and a kitchen with lots of space and attached dining room was great for guests. Everything about the place was lovely and there was easy street parking too. I will say the landscaping needs to be taken care of. Backyard is in bad shape and front yard not much better. Talked to neighbors who wished the properties (Minnestay owns 2, next door to each other) would take better care of the outdoor space since it's a nice block with several homeowners who take pride in their yards and gardens."

"Our stay was 5 days. We noted many things were only 15 minutes away by car including airport, Mall of America, all night Walgreens plus many restaurants. The floor plan of this house had plenty of space and was perfect for my husband & I, my son, his wife, their 3 year old and 7 week old and another adult son. Since there were two sitting rooms with TVs the 3yr old said this was the “best hotel ever!” because he had control of the programs on one of the TVs. It was easy to prepare and serve meals. The area was nice for walking our dog around the block. Since this place is less than 15 minutes from my other son, who lives in uptown, we will definitely look into staying here again."

Great getaway weekend
"We came to Minneapolis for a long weekend. The location was great! About 15-20 minutes from Minnehaha Falls and Mall of America. Check-in process was easy and the house was great!"

"We had issues with the code we were given for the door, but we were assisted quickly. We never were able to get in the front door using the code, but that was okay since we could easily get in the back! (to be fair, I did not let them know about not being able to get into the front door after we got a code that worked for the back) We had 5 adults staying, so we used all 3 bedrooms, and all were just fine. It was nice having use of the kitchen and laundry. I would definitely stay in a Minnestay property again!"
