There weren’t enough towels for our party when we arrived, but MinneStay stopped by with plenty more within an hour of contacting them, which was very much appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. The pizza oven doesn’t work, everything else seems to. We wish there had been some dish soap, and some clorox wipes to clean off counters between meals. And reaching under the radiator to retrieve toys scattered by the toddlers was unpleasant- hadn’t been cleaned under there in ages. There seemed to be dog hair in the carpets, and my allergies were affected. It’s a dog friendly property, though, so that’s on me. The location is fantastic. We all wished we had more time to explore all the neighborhood has to offer. Neighbors were friendly, and the fairy garden around the corner was a kid favorite. We were a little leery because the property lacked reviews but took a chance because of the location (walking distance to Lake Harriet and several great restaurants). We were pleasantly surprised to find the house to be "bigger on the inside," clean and well organized. We had a party of 7 and everyone was comfortable in their respective rooms and with adequate bathrooms. We had a few minor issues that the staff responded to immediately, even on a Sunday.
