House Rules
- All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
- All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
- A MINNeSTAY Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to MINNeSTAY team. Pet fee required.
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"The home was very peaceful, clean, organized, and had a great backyard. The included amenities, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. were very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the dog treats that were left out for us. Looking forward to returning! Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was lovely with upgraded amenities that made our visit special. We experienced a slight hiccup with the water in the main level shower, but the service team responded promptly and guided us through a quick fix. The room with the double beds was a bit small, more suitable for kids, which we didn't realize until we arrived. Thankfully, we made it work by purchasing an air mattress. We would stay again! The neighbors were friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring many local attractions. Thank you for a memorable experience!"

Cozy Home, Quiet Neighborhood
"The home is bigger than it looks on the outside and was just what we were looking for. We were traveling for a business trip and were taking the entire family, so we needed a place close to our venue and big enough for the whole family. The home had everything we needed, and the rental company dispatched a maintenance staff within an hour of our discovering an issue with the home. The problem was fixed, and we enjoyed the rest of our stay without any further incidents. We would definitely stay here again."
