- Please refrain from smoking on the property when children are nearby or present.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet.
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.

"We had a wonderful stay at Minnestay’s Fulton Gates property. We stayed there for a week with our twin toddlers and our dog while we were having some work done on our home in South Minneapolis, and it could not have been more convenient. The property is PERFECT for children. The house is baby-proofed, the kitchen is fully equipped, the basement is a perfect play space, and the yard is fenced. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, comfortable, and close to great food options, including Cafe Ceres and Pizzeria Lola. To top it all off, the Minnestay staff were super responsive to our questions and very understanding when our toddlers broke something. We will definitely recommend this to visiting family and friends in the future!"

The house is very conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and parks; comfy and well stocked, free parking, our dogs loved fenced backyard and walking around the neighborhood sidewalks. Quiet area with minimal traffic and street noise.
Interior of the house is recently updated and well furnished.
Couldn't ask for more. We loved our stay at Minnestay!"
