All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
A MINNeSTAY Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home.
No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults.
No pets allowed!
Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Lovely neighborhood stay

"Property was lovely, great neighborhood, comfortable home with nice little back porch. I would love to see them add a pillow top pad to the mattresses and a king bed downstairs. Love the three stories. We stayed in the basement with full bath and our adult children had 2 beds and a bath upstairs. Beautiful and quiet place. Will stay again."

"Everything was great. The place was clean and very cute. Looked just like the photos. The location is beautiful and a quick walk to the sculpture gardens. The house was great. The only negative would be that the next door neighbors kept walking around in the front and back yard and looking in the windows. We spoke with them and they were nice, but they were definitely a bit nosey. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommend and would rent again!"
