Verification may be required. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings.
