Located just a short drive from Prince’s Paisley Palace, 10 minutes from the Landscape Arboretum, and 15 minutes from Wayzata Beach, this beautiful home is all about location. What’s more, the inside will delight you! Nestled along the banks of Purgatory Creek, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a stunning open concept living room and kitchen, and high vaulted ceilings elevate the elegant space.
You'll love cooking in this kitchen which features a dual oven, a high tech microwave, stainless steel appliances, and a large farmhouse sink that overlooks the creek. The kitchen island has four comfortable bar stools and ample space for cooking or serving dishes.
Take a few steps down to the sunken living room and cozy up by the fireplace with a good book. And don’t forget to check out the vast DVD collection! Exit the sliding glass doors and find yourself just steps from Purgatory Creek. Grill up some steak on the deck or toast marshmallows over the firepit, all while enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature.
Just off the sunken living room is the main bathroom and a bedroom with a chic trundle bed, floor to ceiling mirrors, and a designated study space. "The home was just as described or advertised by Minnestay. The groceries stores, gas station, banks etc were just a few minutes away. It’s quiet and lovely. We were able to easily navigate our way around the kitchen and the house. I especially appreciated that the mattresses were firm and good.
I would recommend putting blinds at the lower door and, the door leading out to the terrace/deck. For some of us who worry about safety. Lastly, we couldn’t find a rice cooker. 😀
